A secret worth knowing about…..

When you think of visiting Disney, you automatically assume flying into Orlando airport right? What if we told there is another airport you could fly into- less craziness, easy check in and check out. A VIP experience in itself and similar to concierge service. This does exist! I present you to Melbourne Orlando Airport. A small airport with a big heart is what I like to call it. This is all based on my personal experience visiting there this past week.

Did you know? Porter is introducing nonstop flights from Canada’s Ottawa (YOW) and Windsor (YQG) airports. The new flights commence December 16, 2017 and run through March 31, 2018. The Toronto flights continue through April 7, 2018. These are among Porter’s first U.S. flights from an airport outside of its main base in Toronto. Complete schedule and booking options are now available at www.flyporter.com.

Why would you want to fly into this airport? It truly is the best of both worlds if you want a Disney vacation mixed with a beach vacation. By day you can hit the beach and by night you can visit Disney. I would recommend this if it is your second or third time to Disney. In all honesty first time to Disney you would want to stay on the property. Another offering is that you are near the Port Canaveral cruise terminal. Instead of taking that long drive from Orlando airport to the port this is your alternative.

Average Temperature? 24 degrees celsius during Porter’s Flying season.

Oprah-Say What? Oprah Winfrey has reportedly been spotted strolling the shops in Vero Beach undisturbed.

What is MLB? Majoe League Beaches-72 miles of unspoiled beaches from Cocoa Beach to Vero Beach.

Did you know MLB is home to Disney Beach Resort on Vero Beach? Umm neither did I, I honestly thought I knew everything about Disney until I learned this. Check it out here. I am still in shock and need to experience it before I write about it. Here is the link for your research.
